The company registration process is carried out through two main systems:

The Product Tracking System (UTS) is the official platform for placing cosmetic products on the market, as well as for monitoring and inspection, and requires prior company registration to submit product notifications. The Electronic Application System (EBS) is used to verify company and authorized representative details, including identity, contact, and security information, and to manage authorized person definitions and official correspondence.

Requirements Under the Türkiye Cosmetics Regulation
